Is there a cancellation fee?

Because our touring groups are very small, and because organizing a long tour in Europe requires a lot of logistics, we do charge a cancellation fee if you do not cancel your reservation order within 24 hours of booking. This is to ensure that we are able to provide the best service available to you, produce the correct number of maps and supplementary information, and so that we can communicate with you in a timely and informative manner prior to the tour start.
